Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• If your package is lost or stolen, please report it to us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
• We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, Rhodene Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
